Konga is an ecommerce solution in Nigeria that recently implemented their own payment solution and wanted to encourage customers to signup to their payment system.
The first implementation of the payment system in the basket flow did not improve signups as much as management hoped. We reviewed the flow and rearranged the order of how requirements were asked during the checkout flow and we implemented the use of the inhouse payment method as a means to receive benefits like discount and free delivery.
