Konga in Nigeria built their own ecommerce, logistics, delivery and payment systems from the ground up.
The logistics team needed a system to manage the receiving and sending of third party sellers who stored their goods in their warehouses. During the research I also identified the challange of sellers, who arrived at the warehouse with a different goods count, to which they reserved. Originally it required the seller to resubmit a request and bring the goods on another day. I streamlined the process so that the warehouse team could receive the goods, if it were less than the original reserved space, saving both teams time and effort.
In order to accomplish this task, the following skills were applied:
- User Journey Mapping
- User Interviews
- Simplicity
